Construction works – Demolition and construction work in the neighbouring area is in progress which may be disruptive to Rhapsody Resort guests and residents. The new property development has been approved for 152-162 The Esplanade, Surfers Paradise, Q, 4217 which is situated directly to the south east of Rhapsody Resort. Work has begun on the site, however, Rhapsody Resort has not been provided with details regarding the building schedule.
