We are committed to keeping updated and following the most current health regulations issued by the Australian Federal and Queensland State Government in accordance with the Department of Health. Rhapsody Resort will continue to maintain the highest standard of cleaning and sanitisation with elevated hygiene and preventative measures within our apartments, common areas and facilities to ensure the safety of all. This includes:
Guests and visitors of Rhapsody Resort who may be considered a risk to others or who are travelling from a known hot spot / exposure site should strongly consider not proceeding with their reservation or visit. We do not wish to offend individuals or cause inconvenience if we are forced to decline a reservation request before or on arrival. Our duty of care is to protect our current in-house guests, residents and staff. Should in-house guests and residents feel unwell at any point, they should seek medical assistance or present to a Covid-19 testing facility. Rhapsody Resort can assist in locating the closest available clinic for your convenience. If a guest or resident requires a Covid-19 test, please bring to the attention of Rhapsody Resort staff and self isolate while you wait for your results.
In line with the Queensland State Government regulations during local area lockdowns and quarantine directives, all property recreational BBQ’s and facilities including the Ground Level Swimming Pool, Spa, Steam Room and Sauna, Level 27 Skyline Lounge & Rooftop Terrace, Coastal & Broadwater Meeting Rooms, Gymnasium and the Level 41 Garden Rooftop Terrace will be closed. We will have additional measures implemented such a mandatory face masks in all common areas and limited capacities advised through premises signage which must be observed always. Please note: bookings will not be provided a refund on accommodation if the outlined facilities are unavailable and/or closed due to Covid-19, as advice through this notice has been provided and government issued directives are beyond our control.
