For flexible bookings arriving from 1 December 2026, a non-refundable first-night deposit per room will be charged 5 days prior to arrival. Arrivals before this date retain their existing payment conditions. The remaining balance is payable at check-in.
Your reservation is only confirmed once the deposit has been successfully processed. If we are unable to process the payment, a second attempt will be made. Should payment remain unsuccessful after the second attempt, Rhapsody Resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Arrivals from 1 December 2026
Cancellations made more than 5 days prior to arrival are free of charge for flexible bookings. Cancellations within 5 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to the first night's accommodation charge.
Arrivals before 1 December 2026
The existing 3-day cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made more than 3 days prior to arrival are free of charge for flexible bookings. Cancellations within 3 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to the first night's accommodation charge.
No-shows or cancellations after check-in incur a fee equal to 100% of the total booking value.
Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded.
All rates include a daily mini-clean service, unless otherwise stated in your booking conditions.
Please note that housekeeping services are not provided on Sundays or Public Holidays; Sundays are observed as our "Sleep-In Sunday."
A complimentary supply of starter amenities is provided in your apartment upon arrival. Additional or replacement amenities may be purchased from Reception during your stay.
