Deposit & Payment Policy
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This secures your apartment and will be applied towards your total accommodation cost.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
The 20% deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are 100% non-refundable.
Event Access Requirements
All guests staying at Rhapsody Resort during the GC500 event must:

Rhapsody Resort enforces a strict No Party Policy throughout the property.
Management reserves the right to terminate accommodation for breaches of this policy.
All guests staying at Rhapsody Resort during the GC500 event (Friday 24th - Sunday 26th October 2025) will require an event ticket, plus an Accommodation Access Pass to enter the building during race hours and the precinct after hours.
From 12.01am on Friday the 24th October to 9pm on Sunday the 26th October 2025, the GC500 event precinct (including Rhapsody Resort,) will be secured and entry will be with a valid event ticket & accommodation access pass. There will be no vehicle access to Rhapsody Resort between 7am and 7pm daily during the event. From 7pm until 7am vehicle access is possible for northbound traffic at Gate 6, on the Esplanade, Surfers Paradise and Gate 8, Pacific Street, Main Beach for southbound traffic. The circuit will only be drivable one way so may require a lap of the circuit to get back to Rhapsody Resort. Rhapsody Resort has no jurisdiction over the precinct lockdown & re-opening times, and these may be subject to changes by the event organisers.
Rhapsody Resort offers no refunds for bookings over the GC500 event once payments have been received. 100% cancellation fee applies for bookings within 30 days of arrival or no-shows.
Guests are encouraged to review their travel plans carefully before finalising their reservation. For specific terms related to special events, please refer to your booking confirmation or contact the Reservations team directly. Travel insurance is recommended to cover unforeseen changes that may affect travel plans.
